ABOUT THE FOUNDATION
Sagar Suraksha Welfare Foundation (SSWF) is a registered non-profit organization committed to sustainable rural development, humanitarian services, environmental conservation, healthcare, education, and community empowerment.
The Foundation started its social service activities in 2011, driven by a group of dedicated volunteers determined to improve the quality of life of vulnerable communities living in the coastal regions of South 24 Parganas.
Recognizing the growing needs of these communities, the organization obtained Government Registration in 2019 and expanded its programmes in multiple sectors.
Today, SSWF serves thousands of beneficiaries every year through integrated community development programmes, emergency humanitarian assistance, healthcare initiatives, educational support, women empowerment, elderly care, environmental conservation, and sustainable tourism development.
